Ready API 1.2.1 on Mac OS X 10.8 keeps hanging and extremely slow

Ready 1.2.1 required me to click Yes to send useage data to SmartBear. If I clicked NO Ready API would hang.

removing a projet from an existing SoapUI Pro 5.0.0 workspace causes Ready API to hang. I must keep selecting force quit in Activity Monitor.

Does Ready API 1.2.1 support OS X 10.5?
