Unsupported File Format using Data Source - File Option

When trying to import properties from a text file, I am getting the above error. Could anyone please help me to resolve this? I attached the text file that I am using to import the properties

I'm not sure if this will help but there are spaces in the folder path. You might try quotes. Or if this is on a windows system how about the short name for the file?
