Load UI Will Not Install/Launch

I am trying to install load UI but have ran into several issues today. For one the download link was not working this morning, that has since been fixed. Now when I try to install 2.1.1 after the load...

I did actually get it to work in the end and pretty much followed the process you mentioned !. Thanks for the response.
