I had already upgraded to the latest version and it didnt resolve it. The support team recommended creating the new workspace as that was the only thing different in my environment to the one they tried to replicate with, based on my configuration, using my project.
The corrupted workspace also had an effect on importing a wsdl into a project and creating a schema compliance assertion. I kept getting error messages on both.
The support team said they would put something in their knowledge base regarding the issue.
