Problems with composite projects

There are two issues with a composite projects I have created with soapUI Pro 4.0.1.
1.
It seems as if the order of test suites is not stored.
There are two test suites in the project:
TXA_PositiveTests, TXA_NegativeTests (manually sorted in this order)
After saving the project, closing and restarting soapUI the order of the test suites is:
TXA_NegativeTests, TXA_PositiveTests
The element.order file defines the correct sequence (manual sorting).

Test cases which I have deleted in a composite project remain in the file system as XML files. As a consequence the test case is reloaded with the next start of soapUI. I have to delete the XML file itself to remove the test case.
