I found just workarounds.https://community.smartbear.com/t5/ReadyAPI-Questions/Option-to-switch-off-encoding-of-parameters-itself/td-p/24696 SOAP UI encodes the field name "$filter" to "%24filter", for example, instead of encode just the value.
