Not able to use the LOAD UI AGENTS

Hello,I was trying to distribute my LOAD using LOAD UI AGENTS, on pcs available on LAN.when I run my testcase in LOCAL mode the test case runs well with no request turning out into failure.But when i try to use it in Distributed mode every request fails.need help urgently.
