Registering SmartBear Test Agent
We have 5 workstations, each have a copy of Test Complete installed. We are connected to a single license manager PC. I have successfully set up my installation of TestComplete and have registered the Test Agent to the Web Service URL. However, we are unable to register test agent to the URL on a 2nd computer for another of my testers. We are very sure we have entered the URL and credentials correctly. Suggestions??

Please check whether the QAC REST service is accessible from your TestComplete workstation. For this, navigate to the service URL in a browser on the problematic machine.
If you're a SaaS customer, use this URL:
https://rest.qacomplete.smartbear.com/rest-api/service
If you're a QAC On-Premise customer, use this URL (replace the placeholder with the actual server name):
http://[your server name]/rest-api/serviceIf the URL is correct and the service is accessible, you should see the list of the service methods:
