AlumniLoadUI has not yet been tested with WebLogic 12c. It's in our backlog to do so (and revise the WebLogic integration if needed).
If this is urgent to you, you can contact a sales person. I'd assume that modifying our Weblogic integration to work with 12c is not very hard.
