No valid SoapUI NG license exists during bamboo integration

We are using licensed ReadyAPI 1.7.0. We were using below test runner.bat command as a batch file. Now trying to integrate it from Bamboo, It ran few times and now it throws "No valid SoapUI NG licen...

Please go to the Bamboo Service in the Windows Services and set the service to sign into the same user account that you activated the ReadyAPI license on.
