New SOAPUI Version and Assertion issues

Hello Support Team,

I could not any assertions to my test steps after I installed new SOAPUI. Its throwing AWT error.
Can you please confirm this is known issue you are working at or my JAVA version issue ?

    Sorry, but could you provide a step-by-step explanations of how you are able to cause this error? This would help us a lot when trying to reproduce.

    Sorry for delayed response.

    Steps to reproduce

    1. Open any SOAP request in any testcase in your project
    2. Try to create a Test assertion for that request
    3. you will see this error.

    Am using windows7 6.1 Build 7600 32 bit.

    Hi!

    Sorry, but I've not been able to reproduce this on my Windows / 64 bit machine, and we are having some problem getting a Win 7 32 test machine.
    Are you able to try it on 64 bit and see if you still are getting the same problem.

    Hi,

    I could NOT get 64 bti machine to reproduce.

    Please, let me know why am I getting this error ?

    Hi again!

    We still haven't managed to get a Win 7 32-bit machine.
    Try to un-check the "Native LF" in the UI Setttings dialog in the soapUI preferences panel.
    Also, I'm a bit curious about if this error occurs on new projects as well?
