What version of ReadyAPI are you using? Assuming you are using the Smartbear ID based licenses, what error message are you receiving and what do you see when you click on your profile icon in ReadyAPI and select Manage License?
I would recommend opening a support ticket [here] if this was previously working and you have done all the troubleshooting steps [here].
