Installation Problem: 3.6 Beta 2 Does Not Respond

Installed 3.6 Beta 2. When I launch the application, I can do nothing else. It does not respond to any input and I cannot even close out of it.
I have to shut down the application process using the Task Manager to get out of it.

    Did you install with the installer or any of the zip-distributions?

    Hi,

    ok.. could you please try launching the soapui-pro.bat file from the command-line to see if you get any error output?

    OK, I ran it and it seems to have loaded properly and I can click things in it now.
    However, I cannot launch LoadUI...it says there is no path and I cannot find the loadUI.bat file
