How to get a successful test?

Please show the response of step2 and show how the conditional goto step is defined.
The teststep2 asks some output data from another system. If the system ask the first time, the output data often not available. So I use the conditional goto step to go back to teststep2 and to repeat this teststep.
My problem is, that the first request from teststep2 is "red" and so the whole testcase is "red".

You can set TestCase options. Under the tab "Basic" you will see the option "Fail TestCase on Error". And if I eliminate the check mark from this option, that runs the whole TestCase "green".
