Hermes 1.14.jar Could not create this file error on Windows7
Hi,
I downloaded Soap UI 4.0.1 for windows 32 bit OS. When tried to install, I constantly encountered "hermes-installer-1.14.jar Could not create this file. Shall I try this again" error message. Yes Option keeps looping in the error. No or Cancel option cancels the installation and an error log will be generated. I have tried this at my office system as well as my home laptop. Both run on Windows 7 OS. The error log says "Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream". I did refer another thread http://www.eviware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7745&p=22466&hilit=could+not+create+hermes+1.14+jar+file#p22466 regarding the same error. Numerous new downloads did not solve the problem. I am not sure what to do..Can anyone help me please? I have to do a tool evaluation and POC in a week's time. Any help would be great.
