- BandhaviN6 years agoOccasional ContributorI have tried to create a support ticket and got an error and I have sent an email to Daniel Barnes but never received a reply on the error. I think it would be better if someone from smart bear can create a ticket

Hi,
What error did you get?
When you create a case, you specify your license info. Based on this, our system sets the needed priority for your request. So, we always encourage users to submit a suppose case personally.
