Disabling Drag and drop

Is there anyway to disable drag and drop on test steps for reordering them?

I've had a few instances where I've accidentally reorder test steps this way. Particularly when working on the touchpad on my MacBook. If I don't see what the change was it can be a bit of a pain to figure out what happened, particularly when you have a large number of test steps in your test case.
