Combining offline + online licenses

We have 3 x fixed ReadyAPI test licenses.
1 is to be used as offline.
2 are to be used with Smartbear ID (email address)

After successfully completing the conversion for the offline one first, there is no longer an option in the licensing portal to assign the other 2 by email/smartbear ID.

 

Must all 3 be converted to offline if 1 of 3 seats is offline?

    Hi,

    You're probably better off raising a support ticket with SmartBear to discuss licensing.

     

    This is just a user forum for answering "how to" questions.
