Accidental project killing
When editing a request XML, hitting Ctrl+S saves the *current* XML file and not the *complete* project.
This may classify as "works as designed", but the behaviour of the tool at this point is not only highly unusual (a programmer is used to hit Ctrl+S all the time, so saving a single file out of a project is something which is done rarely in contrast to saving the project), it's also dangerous, since the save dialog and the proposed file name suggests, that the project is saved, so accidential overwriting of the project can happen.
And since it happened twice in our project with different people while constructing a mock service with lots of test data, resulting in loss of time, which was just unneccesary if only the UI would have been behaved differently, I classified it as a bug in the hope of a change for the next version.
