User Unable To Log In

I have a user who is unable to login to ALM Complete, even though he is using the password the tool just emailed to him.  Is there an administrative view which would allow me to see which errors are being thrown, in order to troubleshoot his authentication problem?

    Heya Brett..

    Have you had a look at the DbLogs table in the SoftwarePlanner database?

    Any authentication errors should be logged there in a bit more detail.

    Thanks Curtis.  And I just happen to have visibility into the database, so I'll be keeping an eye on this table, via the View_DbLogs created View.  Looks like they created that view to resolve the UserId into a UserName.
