Saving filters locally

We are about to update our ALMComplete version, and one of the concerns we have run into in the past with other lifecycle management type applications is that when we update, some of the filters may be lost. Is there a way to save these filters on the user's local machine to retrieve them after the update if they do not appear?

    Hi Brian -

    Filters are stored in the database, so they will not disappear with an upgrade. We don't have a method to copy them to a desktop, sorry.

    That should be fine since the db will get backed up. Thanks!
