QA Complete: Unable to turn auto-creation of defects back on

I turned off the auto-create defect function while teaching myself QA Complete.  Despite hours of searching this site and the internet in general, I have been unable to figure out how to turn it back on.  Can anyone help me?  Thanks!

    Hello Linda,

You can turn on the option for "Automatically create a defect when a test fails." by doing the following.

    1. Navigate to the Setup Tab > The System Configuration Folder on the left folder navigation screen.

    2. Select "System Options" > Navigate to the "Confirmations:" section.

    3. Make sure "Automatically create a defect when a test fails." is selected, if not, click the box and then click submit at the bottom of the page.

Here is a quick video walk-through of the above steps: http://screencast.com/t/2w0aYPbL

    Thanks!
