Hi,
Thank you for the post. Unfortunately, we don't have prerequisites in our workflow. Possible workarounds: add a test step to check the value, add a custom field, create separate tests/test sets for different scenarios (for different values). Also, you can use Configuraitons: https://support.smartbear.com/qacomplete/docs/#UsersGuide_SP/Configurations.htm.
