Email customization

Hello-  I have a question about email customization.  When I email via a Quick Task, is there any way I can NOT have the details attached (to the sent email)?  I'm wanting the history of the sent email, but don't necessarily want the recipient to see the details of the task.

    Hi Kary!

    We recently added a checkbox to almost every possible "send email" form that allows you to include the details or not. I think that might be just one step further than your version, so you'll see it with the next update.

    Keep your eyes out for email from us about Release 9.6 - should be within the next few weeks.

    Hi Barbara - thanks for your reply!  In the interim... is there anyway I can strip out some of the details?  Also.. formatting the details?  Like having column headers for each field (rather 2 columns -1 header, 1 details)...

    Hi Kary,

    Sorry, the details use our standard "printer friendly" look. I'm sure it could be changed but would require some programming time (prof services) and we should have the upgrade available fairly soon.
