Auto Email notifications feature in ALM Complete??

In the Requirement module,What are the settings that needs to be done to make sure notification emails are sent to the assignees whenever a New requirement is assigned /changing the assignee of the existing requirement in ALMComplete  ?
  • Hi Deepika -

    Your team members can set up Email Alerts for Requirements (or anything else) on the Home tab. If you want to know when a Requirement is assigned to you - or when a Requirement assigned to you is changed - turn on the "Requiremnets - Assigned to me" email alert.

    Hi Barbara,



    I did navigate to Home>Email Alerts>Requirements> and turned on all the alerts. In addition to that ,I also created a new alert  "Requirements-Assigned To Name Changed".And then I went ahead and updated Email Alerts for Multiple users .

    After all that, I tried changing the assignee of a requirement and none of the assignees got email alerts.

    Could you please help.

    Would you mind submitting a support ticket to our support team? They'll be able to check out what you are doing and what needs to be set up. Maybe some screen shots of the alerts that you've set up would help.

    All you need to do is log into ALMComplete and click on "Help Center" at the top right of your screen, then select "Create Support Ticket".
