Different behavior between recording in LoadNija and browsing outside LoadNinja

I'm a new user of the LoadNinja free trial. I've successfully attempted to create my first UI scripts. For an Italian public website: https://www.ilportaleofferte.it/portaleOfferte/ I specify this path in the URL and select the EU North location. I start the recording. At the end of the flow when I select the "Confronta" ("Compare" in English) button in the browser opened within LoadNinja, I encounter an error "Si è verificato un errore" ("An error occurred" in English). However, I don't see it in classic navigation outside of LoadNinja, such as with Chrome. Why? Thanks.

P.S. I tried to record the same task 3 times from LoadNinja and always got the same error.
