need help resolving "unable to open Projet Team Share.itp " error; I have used this project often

Do you get the same error dialog if you close LoadComplete and try to open the ltp file from Windows Explorer? Have you tried to open the file in a newer version of LoadComplete (3.20 or 4.20)?
