[LoadUIWeb] Excel / Database table columns are not listed for selection

Hi Smartbare Team,

 

Recently I have downloaded WEBLoadUIPro trail version and doing experiment on our project. I am trying set parameter with excel sheet / database column value. I have selected excel file and then selected sheet name then I have click Next button then system is not showing any columns which are there in excel sheet. Pls. let me know is there any option is to set to get column names / trail version will not support it. Pls. let me know right way to do it.

    Now finally it is working. What I did was to restart my PC and after that it worked fine. I do not know the reason.

    Hi Smartbear Team,

    I am having the same problem as the two previous users. We have purchased the LoadUIWeb Pro v2.95. I have tried rebooting the PC but it still blank in the Excel columns select. I did not tried re-installing because I think it is a too drastic a measure to have to re-installed to resolve this issue. By the way, I have some scenarios and tests in the project. Will a re-install wipe this off? By the way, the product is running in a Window 8 and Excel 2010. The Excel has 10 columns.  See file attached.
