It sounds like this got messed up during upgrade. LoadComplete 3.2 includes some changes to the way the Master station generates load. It's possible that the service was not registered correctly. You could try uninstalling/reinstalling, but probably best to log a ticket with support: http://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadComplete

Hi, try to uninstall and reinstall the product. This was the only way for me to get it to work.
The service for the RAS does not get registered properly, I guess.
