XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

I am getting the following error intermittently for some reviews from ccollab.  Incidentally these reviews can take forever to come up.  Have anyone else seen this?   ccollab admin review-xml 1 --x...

rHi CarolMonzillo,

 

It looks like there was a support ticket opened for this issue and the root cause of it comes from the fact that the review is getting stuck on loading. Is this an accurate statement? Do you see the same issue with a review that can be loaded without any issues in the WebUI?
