How to remove files from code review

Question

I've been using Code Reviewer / Code Collaborator for awhile now and having trouble figuring out how to remove files from a review. My team usually just adds a comment to the file "Do not review, this was added accidentally" when a few files are accidentally included for review. If we add many unwanted files by accident, then we cancel the review and start new one. It seems there must be a better practice than this?

We use v6.1.6104 with the CVS SCM integration.
