Some more thoughts.
I can create a review, add myself as a reviewer, and also add one or two other key reviewers. The review stays open until I close it off (since I'm a reviewer too).
(Sigh ... since I can't be both author and reviewer, it complains. Apparently I can't be both. I continue.)
Then I can simply email the URL for the review to the mailing list.
Others can follow the link to see the review. They will not be participants.
They can add comments.
They can't add defects.
Is there a way they can add and track defects ?
