There's not a native way to do this within CodeCollaborator, but you do have a couple options that might help with the tedious assignments.
1) Assign participants from the command-line with the 'ccollab admin review participants assign' command:

You can also use it with the 'ccollab admin batch' command to run multiple commands:

2) You could also have your reviewers set up review subscriptions. It might be a little tedious to set up at first, but once set the participants will be assigned automatically. More information on this feature can be found here:
