Comparing renamed files

We occasionally need to rename a file as part of the rework phase.  For example, if a C++ class needs to be renamed, we would change the name of the corresponding .h and .cpp files.  When a file is renamed during rework, the author uploads the "new" files to Collaborator and the moderator performs the comparison by downloading the before/after files and using diff.
Is there any mechanism to inform Collaborator of a file rename?
