collaborator running but no splash page
While the service is able to start and status shows it's running the URL splash page is does not come up and sits at 'waiting for ccollab'. [root@voyager ccollab_server]# ./ccollab-server status ...

The Collaborator server instance can't initialize the protocol using the 8080 port since it is already used by another service or application. You can re-run the Collaborator installer and change the port number. Alternatively, you can change the port number directly in the connector element of the "installation directory"/tomcat/conf/server.xml file.
