[CodeReviewer] Tiered reviews

Is there a feature planned or a way to currently simulate a tiered reviewer situation?



Programmer creates a review.  His lead has to approve the review before the lead's superior sees the review.  This repeats up the chain.  If at any point the review is kicked back with a defect, it has to climb the chain again.
