Changing Role in participants section sets the status of the participant Active to Approved

Hi Team,   If a participant's role has been changed from "Reviewer" to "Observer" when the status is in Approved state, the Approved is rolled back to Active without clicking on the "Done Editing" ...

Hi Alexey,

 

Thanks for reminding regarding the case we created. But, the same user is asking like the changes to the status of the participant should be done only when the changes are saved by clicking on the "Done Editing" button and not  as soon as the role changed.

 

Could you please comment on this. so that we can suggest the user as well.
