Is there anyway to get license usage and user activity via an API call?



We are often short of licenses as users do not log out when finished and I've been asked to come up with a way of mailing users with a certain period of inactivity to remind them to logout when the license count gets low.



I can probably do it by interogating the datbase directly but would pefer an API interface.



Eventually we may need to force logouts of inactive users as well. Is there a way to do this?
