Profiling of 64-bit applications has some specifics. Please read the "Profiling Under 64-bit Platforms" article for more information. If this information doesn't help, I recommend that you go through the AQtime Licensing Troubleshooter to solve the issue or contact the AQtime Support Team (depending on your situation).
