Is there still support on AQTime

I'm trying to get support from AQTime (have a new license, have a contract, ... .etc). The latest feedback on one of the tickets is December 23 2022. I already send 4 reminders, but still no respons...

I've got a problem on AQTime, too.

 

but I can not get contact with the support, either.
