I'm trying to get support from AQTime (have a new license, have a contract, ... .etc). The latest feedback on one of the tickets is December 23 2022. I already send 4 reminders, but still no respons...

we would have the same question. We paid for "Maintenance Renewal" for several years (2022-2025) and no new version was shipped since 2020?!
