Use Excel to update test cases

Are these operations possible? If yes, could you let me know how?

1. Export test cases from Zephyr Squad to an Excel file. > I can do it from "Test cases".

2. Update the test case with Excel. > I can do it with Excel.

3. Import the updated Excel file to apply changes to the test cases on Zephyr Squad. > I don't know how to do this.

For me, it's not very easy to edit the test cases directly on Zephyr Squad. Please give me advice if anyone knows a good way to do it🙂
