Test Cases export to excel

Dear Zephyr Scaleperts, I am trying to export existing test cases to excel. System displays a message "exporting to excel" in a popup and I can see the progress bar completing without any errors. But cannot see and excel file downloaded. Do they get stored in any particular location or just automatically get downloaded to my computer.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
