Selenium automation results are not showing in JIRA/Zephyr with methods Upload/Zbot

Hi Team,I am getting file access error when I import selenium test results with Upload/Zbot methods.&nbsp;The agent "MyZbot" is running now.Enter "stop" to stop it, or enter "kill" to terminate the agent process.Upload file to server response status: I/O error on POST request for "https://jiradev.mercer.com:443/rest/zapi/latest/automation/upload/11": C:\Users\yugandhar-gorrep\surefire-reports\junitreports; nested exception is java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: C:\Users\yugandhar-gorrep\surefire-reports\junitreports.&nbsp;PFA

Provide the Result path as the&nbsp;xml&nbsp;file path.

We had gone thorugh all lthose docs but no use. Its not working as expected.ZEPHYR UI says we should give only result path "Enter the result path folder containing the test-run result file". If we have multple result xml files we should go with folder/*.xml ?

I have given xml path still Ui shows status as"scheduled" but Logs shows upload success. and UI status is not getting changedfrom scheduled and tests are not sowing in test cycle.
