The test button disappeared after the Jira 10 (data center) upgrade

After the upgrade to Jira Datacenter version 10.4.1, the button Test no longer appears in the top bar.

The plugin version is the latest version and is compatible with the Jira version. I also disabled, enabled, uninstalled, and installed again, but the button is still not displayed.
