Run a Report on All Projects using Zephyr Scale vs adding in all Project Keys?

Hi, is there a way to have a Dashboard component or Report or Saved Filter which automatically shows Test Cases by Project for all Projects? We have a rapidly growing list of active projects, and adding each Project Key is becoming time-consuming.  We want this report to see and measure how many project teams are using Zephyr Scale, and to measure the extent to which they are using Zephyr Scale (# of Test Cases, etc)
