Is there a maximum number of columns that can be displayed in the Configure Grid Columns view?
My team has 17 default fields, and 18 custom fields specified for Test Cycles.
While attempting to add a new custom field, it is accepted but does not show up in the Configure Grid Columns view.
Zephyr scale is installed on a server/data center version 10.2.0-jira9.
Can anyone provide any insight / suggestions on this problem?
Champion Level 3Wow, that is a lot of custom fields, and an interesting issue. I've not seen this raised before but it sounds like your assessment of the issue is correct. To be certain, you can raise a ticket with SmartBear Support. If the answer isn't in your favour, in terms of a workaround, you might be able to re-purpose some of the built-in fields whose content can be configured in the Configuration feature.
