community or smartbear answering questions

HI smartbear community, I have notice quite a few of the same questions regrading "No value has been found for required custom field " , when trying to import squad cases into zephyr scale (on prem to on prem, onprem to cloud just doesnt work  !!! )

Would be great if someone could answer these myriad of questions? Lots of questions without answers?
