I need to get clarification if project properties like UI automation,MSAA that can be enabled in Test Complete is available in Test Left? This would help in identifying certain UI controls of test application which are not coming in the range of spy gun of test left.

Assuming that you enabled the relevant extensions in TestExecute (right-click on the icon in the tray and select Install Extensions...) which can be started from Windows Explorer or is started by TestLeft when you use Object Browser and you also went through all options (right-click - Options) and still don't see the expected properties, then I am afraid that the answer is the same as provided by Helen here: https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestLeft/UI-Elements-defined-in-the-Template-of-a-control-not-accessable/m-p/131052#M53.
