How can is check external server connectivity by soapui

Hi All,

After each deployment, by curl in source server's command line, we check /verify the destination server connectivity.

As this is HTTP request, I believe this is doable in Soapui . 

As per my understanding , I have to use end point url for destination server. Could you please suggest me , where /how I have to use my source port/IP address
